Huawei has come back strong with its new in-house operating system, Harmony OS. The report is that the audience for HarmonyOS reached 30 million users just in 30 days. Huawei has been constantly trying to fight back and get its place back in the smartphone market. Let’s see what is HarmonyOS and how is it doing on the market.
What is Harmony OS?
HarmonyOS is an open-source Android system without Google services. Huawei began to carve something of their own instead of Google. The company has reported about the increasing users of HarmonyOS over the month. 30 million users in 30 days is surely something, isn’t it?
Huawei is constantly trying to prove that they created a new system worth trying with Harmony OS. However, it looks like Android with HMS with some solutions from iOS. Though it looks like a temporary system, we can never be sure what it will be in the future.
The target of 300 million is set to meet by the end of the year. If the ratio keeps the pace, this shouldn’t be a problem. However, one-third of the target must be from third-party companies, or else it is not going to be the goal.
The brand still must struggle with a titanic to get back on the competition. But the good thing is that it’s trying and processing adequately. However, it has a lot of work to do. At present, HarmonyOS is mostly active in China and it needs to be more active in the Global Market for the betterment of the brand.
