Huawei has officially introduced two new smartphones in the Chinese market. In this post, we will dig into the specs, key features, availability, and the expected price of the Huawei Nova 9 in Nepal.

Display and Design
Starting from the design, the new Nova lineup from Huawei flaunts a 6.57-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1 Billion colors. It has a pixel resolution of 1080×2340 while the screen-to-body ratio is 89.9%. The PPI density is measure 392 and the aspect ratio at 19.5:9.
The model weighs 175 grams while embeds the dimension of 160×73.7×7.8mm. There are four different color variations available to choose from – Black, Blue, green, and Violet.
Performance and Memory
Powering the Nova 9 is Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G based on a 6nm manufacturing process. It has an octa-core CPU with Kryo 670 cores divided in such a way that for of them are clocked at the speed of 2.4GHz while the remaining are at 1.8GHz. Likewise, the graphics factor is handled by Adreno 642L.

Under the hood, there is a quad-camera setup in the Huawei Nova 9. It has a 50MP primary sensor of f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide lens of f/2.2 aperture. Rest are two 2MP cameras for macro and portrait shots respectively. The camera can shoot 4K videos at the rate of 30 frames per second with gyro-EIS. The camera module also holds a LED flash.
Upfront, there is a 32MP selfie shooter of f/2.0 aperture which can shoot HDR photos and can shoot the same 4K videos at 30 frames per second. Even the front camera supports the gyro-EIS.
Battery and Extras
Fueling the device is a medium Li-Po 4,300mAh battery with 66W fast charging. Huawei claims full juice up in just 38 minutes. It also supports reverse charging. For biometrics, there is an under-display fingerprint sensor on the screen. Other sensors include an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
Moving on, there is Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS (A-GPS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, NavIC), an NFC, and a USB Type-C 2.0 for connectivity options.
