Under the hood, Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset powering the whole device. The 6nm chipset maintains a maximum clock speed of 2.4GHz. It has 8/12GB RAM variation coupled with 128/256GB internal storage of UFS 3.1.
Likewise, the device gets its juice from a massive 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging. The brand also claims 96 hours of non-stop music and 18.3 hours of video playback. Moreover, if you want a non-stop gaming experience, the device has 10.4 hours of battery endurance while gaming.

As per optics, there is a triple camera setup at the rear panel of iQOO Z5. It has a 64MP Samsung GW3 sensor accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Completing the setup is a 2MP macro shooter. Upfront, there is a 16MP front-facing camera inside the punch-hole cutout as mentioned earlier.

The iQOO Z5 packs Android 11 out of the box. It is topped with OriginOS inside the Chinese market but is rumored to come with Funtouch OS 12 in the global market.
