Nokia has unveiled a new mid-range smartphone in the European market. The Nokia G50 is the first 5G phone from G-series by the brand. In this post, we will look at the specs, features, availability, and expected price of the Nokia G50 in Nepal.

Display and Design
The new Nokia G50 flaunts an 8.82-inch LCD with HD+ resolution. It has a thick bezel at the bottom of the phone which sports the Nokia branding. Likewise, above the screen lies a V-shaped notch to hold the selfie snapper.
As per the design, G50 packs the same Nordic design that we have been seeing on the latest Nokia handsets. Further, there are two color variations available for the model – Ocean Blue and Midnight Sun.
Performance and Memory
Powering the device is Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chipset based on an 8nm manufacturing process. If you recall correctly, this is the same processor that was previously used in Nokia X-series smartphones. Moreover, there are two memory configurations to choose from – 4/64GB and 4/128GB.
Camera
Under the hood, there is a triple camera setup on the Nokia G50 – A 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP camera for portrait shots. Upfront, there is an 8MP front-facing for enhanced selfie shots.
Battery and Extras
Fueling the device is a massive 5,000mAh battery cell with 18W charging support. For biometrics, there is a fingerprint scanner mounted over the power button. Further, there is an extra dedicated Google Assistant button on the device.
The Wi-Fi ax-ready, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC handle the wireless connectivity with a 3.5mm headphone jack that handles more music and call manipulations.
