OnePlus has announced two budget smartphones: OnePlus Nord N10 and Nord N100. These two phones from the Nord series are to those OnePlus fans who couldn’t afford the newer ranges of OnePlus smartphones. A few months back OnePlus had also launched the OnePlus Nord, the first phone of the Nord series. However, the price was not affordable either. Consequently, the company has launched these two new phones in the lineup that has performance worth comparing to the original Nord as well as OnePlus 8T. Nord N100 is the cheapest one in the Nord series.
OnePlus Nord N100 Overview
OnePlus Nord N100 is a 4G Network phone, powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 and Adreno 610 that is designed for mid-range smartphones.
Display and Design
This budget smartphone comes with a 6.52-inch display. However, the screen corners are with a standard rectangle, which is why when measured diagonally it has 6.29 inches of display. OnePlus smartphones are popularly known for their AMOLED displays, but OnePlus has not equipped it on this model. Instead, it comes with an IPS LCD panel. The screen resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels and 299 Pixels Per Inch. It also features night mode and reading mode.
Additionally, with big-screen comes a big sound experience. Hence, Nord N100 consists of dual stereo speakers with a noise cancellation feature. The phone has a 164.9 x 75.1 x 8.49mm dimension and weighs about 188g.
Camera
For a budget smartphone like OnePlus Nord N100 including a Triple rear camera is more than satisfactory but not much as the original OnePlus Nord. It consists of a 13MP main camera with EIS for image stabilization. Moreover, it has a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth lens. This lens has Portrait, Pro Mode, HDR, Panorama, AI Scene Detection, Dehaze Color, and Filter features.
The front consists of an 8MP selfie camera. This also includes Face Unlock, HDR, Screen Flash, and face retouching features.
Performance
OnePlus Nord N100 is powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 that allows you easy multi-tasking, gaming, and web browsing. For graphic experience, it is equipped with Adreno 610, which is designed for mid-range smartphones. Furthermore, the device uses Android 10 with Oxygen OS, which is the same as what is used in the OnePlus 8T. Nord N100 is a 4G network phone.
Nord N100 is available with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB through a microSD card.
Battery
In comparison with the original OnePlus Nord and N10, the battery is larger, despite it being the cheapest in its series. It consists of a 5000mAh non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging.

Price and Availability in Nepal
The new OnePlus Nord N100 is available at £179 ($233). The smartphone has not yet been available in Nepal. However, it is expected to cost about NPR 25,000 upon its arrival.
