Design
The new Oppo Enco Free 2i can be said as a toned-down version of Enco Free 2 from last year. It has stem-style earbuds with silicone ear tips. The earbuds come in an oval case which is IP54 certified against dust and minor splash damage. There lies an LED indicator on the front part of the case. Further, they weigh 45.9 grams in total (case + earbuds).
Audio
The Oppo Enco Free 2i integrates a tri-core active noise cancellation (ANC) chip. It can reduce up to 42dB noise. For the microphone, there is a triple setup that gives up very clear calls even if we are moving at the speed of 25km/hr. Moreover, the earbuds don’t have DYNAUDIO tuning like on the Enco Free 2.
Battery and controls
Each earbud is fueled with a 41mAh battery cell while the case gets its juice from a 480mAh battery. You can have 6.5 hours of music playback time with a single charge from the buds. Likewise, if you use the case, you can have 30 hours of battery life.
As per controls, each earbud can play or pause the music with your single tap. You can also take a screenshot of your phone by double-tapping either of the buds.

The Oppo Enco Free 2i has Bluetooth 5.2 to pair with your phone. It has a low latency of up to 47ms. The buds get connected to your phones as soon as you open the case.
