Realme C55 has just launched in India after months of teasers. This advanced smartphone with a similar dynamic island from the iPhone has already created a buzz in the tech market.

At a first glance, the device looks sleek, lightweight and easy to carry. It looks somehow similar to the Realme 10 4G. It has boxy edges and yet manages to look glossy while being made of plastic. The phone is available in two colors which are Sunshower and Rainy Night.
Moving on to the display, this device comes with a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Realme as added an iPhone’s Dynamic Island-like feature in the UI of this device. This feature can lay out things like like charging status, low battery alerts, and data usage.
Performance
The Realme C55’s internal hardware is a Mediatek Helio G88 chipset. Two Cortex-A75 cores running at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at 1.8GHz make up the Octa-core CPU on this 12nm-based SoC. Mali-G52 MC2 handles the graphics in this device.
The chipset is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X Memory and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. A dedicated MicroSD slot allows for up to 1TB of storage expansion. The RAM on a smartphone can practically be increased to 8GB as well. The phone starts up with Android 13 and Realme UI 4.0.
