There are two screen sizes for the Samsung ViewFinity S8. You can choose either the 27-inch variant or the 32-inch, both of which support videos up to 4K resolution. This is an IPS LCD screen with factory calibration alongside one billion colors projected on it. However, it still lacks the 10-bit color depth. Moreover, there is a 98% DCI-P3 coverage that follows the Pantone certification. The former lists out as DisplayHDR 600 for the 32-inch version and DisplayHDR 400 for the other.
The focus of this monitor should be the fact that this is the world’s first UL-verified Glare Free monitor with a matte finish. This lowers the light reflection on the screen. Likewise, the 32-inch model brings 600nits of peak brightness and the 27-inch is limited to up to 400nits. In addition, you can experience 5ms of the response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and intelligent eye care.

The monitor ships with a height-adjustable stand that you can tilt and swivel according to your need. And if it comes to, it can be wall-mounted with the use of a 100×100mm VESA mount.
Moving on, there are the I/O connections with a USB Type-C, one DisplayPort, one HDMI, and three USB Type-A downstream ports. The first one – Type-C is mainly for charging support up to 90W capacity. To top it off, there is a LAN port for a wired ethernet cable.

Likewise, if the Samsung ViewFinity S8 launches in Nepal, we estimate its price to be around NPR 80,000 for the low-end model and NPR 90,000 for the high-end.
