Vivo has launched two new smartphones on top of the Vivo V23 5G in the Nepali market. One of them is Vivo Y33s 4G and we expect the 5G version to launch in Nepal soon as well. Here, we will talk about the specs, features, availability, and the official price of Vivo Y33s in Nepal.

Display and Design
Vivo Y33s flaunts a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080×2408-pixel capacity. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 90.6% and an aspect ratio of 20:9. In addition, there is an approximate PPI density of 401. Further, there is 96% NTSC coverage alongside an eye protection mode to filter out harmful blue rays that might interfere with your visual performance in the long run.
The design of the handset is the focus here. It weighs 182 grams and has a dimension of 164.3×76.1×8mm. There is a waterdrop notch above the screen to hold the front-facing camera. The frame and the back panel are made up of plastic while the front is glass-made. As per color options, there are Mirror Black and Midday Dream.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, Y33s boots on Android 11 on top of Funtouch 11.1. It is powered up with the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset based on a 12nm manufacturing process. It integrates an octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU coupled with Arm’s Mali-G52 MC2 graphics processor. In addition, it comes with the MediaTek’s HyperEngine gaming technology
There are three memory configurations available for the phone – 4/64GB, 4/128GB, and 8/128GB of UFS 2.1. Among these options, only the last one, 8/128GB is available in the Nepali market. You can also expand the internal storage up to 1TB via the dedicated microSD card slot and the RAM virtually up to 4GB.
Camera and Audio
The optical part of Vivo Y33s has a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and support for PDAF. Likewise, it supports Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) for videos. Then, the triple camera setup is completed by two 2MP sensors for macro and portrait shots respectively. It can shoot videos at the resolution of 1080p at 30 frames per second. The camera module also includes a LED flash.
Further, there is a 16MP front-facing camera inside the waterdrop notch above the screen. It has an f/2.0 aperture and can record 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. There are night modes available for both rear and front cameras in the device. As per audio, there is a loudspeaker system that is supposed to deliver a very clear sound. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack for music and calls.
