Design
The Anker Soundcore R100 flaunts an in-ear fit design with silicone tips. There are three pairs of ear tips inside the box – small, medium, and large. Nepal doesn’t have the while color configuration available in Nepal, but you can buy the black one which is the same except the color. There is a charging case with an elliptical look and an LED indicator. It can survive minor splashes and can be worn while working out since it is IPX5 certified. This is the first product on the company’s R-series. The brand claims that they are specially designed for millennials and Gen Z customers.

Moving on, there is a 10mm driver integrated into the Soundcore R100 earbuds which have an impedance of 16Ohms. The frequency response range can vary from 200Hz to 20kHz. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0 protocol with 10 meters range. Further, you can get BassUp technology in the buds. It has a dedicated bass mode that users can switch to after pressing either button three times. However, Anker has no high bit-rate audio codes but the basic SBC and AAC codes.
There is no touch-capacitive control center on the Anker Soundcore R100 which is a disappointment considering other earbuds at a similar price. You need to press the button physically on either earbud to control the playback, volume, and so on.
Battery and Charging
We are yet not sure of the battery size in the earbuds but according to the brand, it gives 6.5 hours for non-stop playback time after a full charge. After combining it with a charging case, you can have 25 long hours of battery life. The charging is done via a USB Type-C port that lies at the bottom of the power case. You can charge the buds completely in one and a half hours and only 10 minutes of charging can add you to one hour of playback time.
