This happened because of the bigger screen size. The watch boots on watchOS 8 integrate a bike fall detection which will come in handy. It also has new cycling workouts alongside other features like Pilates and Tai Chi. Further, like all smartwatches these days, it also has a respiratory rate tracking system while you are asleep. Moreover, there is an electrical heart sensor and an ECG app.
Apple Watch Series 7 has a redesigned interface with larger menu tiles on the display. These apps include Stopwatch, Activity, and Alarms. You can see the feature of a full swipe-keyboard which enhances your interaction experience.

The watch has Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS) for wireless connectivity. Further, it is fueled with a non-removable battery of Lithium Ion type.
