Honor has launched the new smartphone in the Chinese market. It goes by the name Honor X20 SE. So in this post, we will be looking at the specs, features, availability, and expected price of Honor X20 SE in Nepal.

Honor X20 SE Overview

Design and Display

The Honor X20 SE features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution of 1080×2400-pixels. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 89.3% and the aspect ratio of 20:9. Further, there is an approximate PPI density of 339. Lastly, there is 8.4mm thick with 73.3mm height and weighs 179g.

As per the design, there is a small bezel around the edges and a punch-hole cutout to house the front camera. Further, there is a rectangular camera module at the back where all lens is arranged vertically. In addition, there are four color options, Magic Night Black, Blue Water Emerald, Titanium Silver, and Cherry Pink Gold.

Performance and Memory

Powering the Honor X20 SE is a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset based on a 7nm manufacturing process that has an integrated 5G modem. This provides the dual 5G standby. It has an octa-core CPU that includes two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. The other core is a six Cortex-A55 clocked at 2.0GHz. In addition, the graphics depart is handled by the Mali-G57 MC2.

Software front of the Honor X20 SE also has an Android 11 on top of the Magic UI 4.0. However, there are no Google Play Services. In addition, it supports the Google Mobile Services (GMS) outside of China as well. Further, it has two RAM options of 6GB and 8GB. But both variants have the same internal storage of 128GB. Unfortunately, this phone has also outgrown the microSD card slot for expanding the memory.

Camera and Sound

Honor X20 SE packs a triple camera setup arranged vertically in a rectangular module on the rear side. It features a triple camera setup of a 64MP primary sensor of f/1.9 aperture. In addition, it teams up with it are two 2MP sensors of f/2.4 apertures each for the macro and portrait shots. Further, there is an LED flashlight that works great during night shots. There is also Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) for the video shoot of 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Moving on, there is also a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It lies in a punch-hole cutout at the front. It also supports a 1080p video shoot at 30 frames per second.

Moreover, for the sound system, there is a loudspeaker. However, it is still unclear if it has Dolby Atmos support. Moreover, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack for music and calls.

Battery and Extras

Under the hood, Honor X20 SE is backed up with the non-removable 4,000mAh battery cell with 22.5W fast charging. The charging is done via USB Type-C 2.0. Further, there is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics.

Subsequently, the sensors included in the handset are an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. Moreover, for the wireless connectivity options, there is Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS).
