Samsung Galaxy M32: Major Upgrades and downgrades from its predecessor

After the huge success of the Galaxy M31, Samsung has finally decided to unveil the successor to it named as Samsung Galaxy M32. Yes!! You heard it right!! Samsung Galaxy M32 has been up for pre-orders in Nepal. However, it will take few days to reach the hands of customers. Here we will be looking at the specs, features, and the Samsung Galaxy M32 price in Nepal.

Samsung Galaxy M32 Overview:

Design and Display

The Samsung Galaxy M32 flaunts a 6.4-inch AMOLED display panel with an Infinity-U cutout at the front. The 1080×2400 pixels FHD+ resolution has an 800-nits peak brightness and 441 PPI density. It boasts a 90Hz of refresh rate with a 180Hz of touch sampling rate and 83.5% screen-to-body ratio. However, you can use a 60Hz refresh rate if you are a moderate user.

The body is built on a plastic frame with a glass front. It weighs 196g and has noticeable bezels around the screen. The branding is on the backside with the camera bump with resembles the design of Galaxy M62. The color options are Black, Blue, and White.

Performance and Memory

Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G85 based on a 12nm chipset. The Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) is accompanied by the Mali-G52 MC2 graphics processor. Furthermore, it packs the Android 11 on top of Samsung One UI 3.1.

Moving on to the memory aspect, we can choose from two memory variations. A 6/64GB and a 6/128GB. The internal storage is expandable up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. Further, Samsung has promised two major Android updates and four years of regular software updates on a monthly basis.

Camera and Sound

The phone has a square bump housing a quad-camera setup and a LED flash. The camera setup includes a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture. Completing the setup are two 5MP macro and portrait shooters of f/2.2 and f/2.4 aperture respectively. There is support for HDR and panorama modes as well.

Upfront, there is a 20MP selfie shooter inside the Infinity-U cutout. Both rear and front camera provides 1080p video shoot at 30fps. Moving on to sound, there is a loudspeaker with Dolby Atmos support and a 3.5mm headphone jack for music and FM radio as well.

 Battery and Extras

Backing up the device is a huge Li-Po 6,000mAh battery with a 15W fast charging adapter. The charging and data transfer are both done via a USB Type-C 2.0 port. For connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO), and a region-dependent NFC.

For biometrics, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support. Other sensors include an accelerometer, gyro meter, proximity, and a compass.
