Realme made a debut on the tablet market with Realme Pad back in September. And now, it has hit us with the mini version of it. The tablet is called Realme Pad Mini and brings some changes in comparison to the standard version. Here, we will talk about the specs, features, availability, and the expected price of Realme Pad Mini in Nepal.

Design and Display
Beginning with the design, the Realme Pad Mini has some design changes from the standard Realme Pad. The IPS LCD screen measures 8.7-inch with 800×1340-pixels resolution and 179-pixel density. Likewise, the screen-to-body ratio and aspect ratios are 81.5% and 5:3 respectively.
At the rear panel, there is a rectangular camera island instead of the popping camera we saw in Realme Pad. The body here measures 372 grams and measures 211.8×124.5×7.6mm in dimension. We can see all the buttons on the side of the tablet. It is available in two different color options with a matte finish – Gray and Blue.
Performance
The tablet boots on Android 11 on top of Realme UI for Pad. It gets its power from the UNISOC Tiger T616 processor based on a 12nm fabrication process. It brings an octa-core CPU with two Cortec-A75 and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at the speed of 2.0GHz and 1.8GHz respectively. Likewise, the graphics depart is handled by Arm’s Mali-G57 MP1 processor.
As per memory, there are two configurations – 3/32GB and 4/64GB of UFS 2.1 You can also expand your internal storage up to 512GB via a microSD card slot it shares with a SIM slot.
Rest of the specs
There is a single 8MP camera at the back with an f/2.0 aperture that can record videos up to 1080p resolution at the rate of 30 frames per second. Likewise, there is a 5Mp selfie snapper at the front with an f/2.2 aperture. For audio, there is a loudspeaker system with stereo speakers followed by a 3.5mm headphone jack for music and calls.
Under the hood, the device gets its juice from a massive Li-Po 6,400mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The tablet even supports reverse charging for some accessories. There are two sensors in the device – an accelerometer and proximity.
The device has Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS), and USB Type-C 2.0 for connectivity. However, the device didn’t come with a Wi-Fi-only variant before but now, we can see Realme launched it in the Indian market. Here, we have presumed that the Wi-Fi and other network antennas lie on the top and bottom respectively.

Realme Pad Mini Price in Nepal
There has been no official notice of Realme Pad Mini entering Nepal but if it does, we estimate its price to start from NPR 18,500. However, it is now available in the Indian market where its price starts from INR 10,999.
