Redmi A2+ was recently unveiled by Xiaomi along with the Redmi A2. This device replaced the Redmi A1+ from last year.

Display And Design
The Redmi A2+ has the exact same appearance as its predecessor, hence there has been no design update. The back of the phone holds a dual camera system and a leather-textured surface. And the only distinction between the previous model and the Redmi A2+ is that it features a fingerprint scanner that is located on the back.
The front of the device has a 6.52″ HD+ LCD screen with large bezels (particularly at the bottom). It has a teardrop notch for the front camera.
These phones come in the same colors, Black, Light Green, and Light Blue.
Camera
The Redmi A2+ sports two cameras on the back. Each camera with an 8 MP f/2.0 primary sensor and a depth sensor.
On the front of the device, a 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera is located underneath a teardrop notch.
Battery
The device is powered by 5000mAh battery. It supports 10W standard charging via the Micro USB port.
Moreover, it supports FM radio and includes a 3.5mm headphone connector, just as the standard Redmi A2.
Performance
The Redmi A2 and Redmi A2+ share the same MediaTek Helio G36 processor. This device is powered by an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A53 (2.2 GHz) and four Cortex-A53 (1.7 GHz) processors. An inbuilt PowerVR GE8320 GPU is used for it’s graphics. In case you weren’t aware, the Helio A22 chip, which boasts a quad-core Processor, powers the Redmi A1+.
When it comes to memory and storage, the Redmi A2+ has 32GB of inbuilt eMMC 5.1 storage and 2/3GB of LPDDR4x RAM (expandable up to 1TB). It starts with Android 12 Go-Edition, and Xiaomi guarantees this phone will receive security upgrades for two years.
