For security, the handset is provided with on-screen fingerprint sensor beneath the AMOLED panel which is fast and accurate and works most of the time. The Galaxy A50 is the first model in the A series to feature an on-screen fingerprint sensor. Though the fingerprint sensor is not as accurate as in Samsung S10 it gets the job done. Also, the front camera provides a face unlock facility. As soon as the front camera detects the registered face it unlocks the device quickly.
Samsung Galaxy A50 also supports GSM/HSPA/LTE. Considering the latest tech, Bluetooth 5.0 and Type C connector is provided on this phone.
