Under the hood, Y33s 5G boots on Android 12 on top of Origin OS Ocean. It is powered up with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset based on a 7nm manufacturing process. It integrates an octa-core (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU coupled with Arm’s Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processor.
There are three memory configurations available for the phone – 4/128GB, 6/128GB, and 8/128GB of UFS 2.1. You can also expand the internal storage up to 1TB via the dedicated microSD card slot.

The optical part of Vivo Y33s 5G has a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and the support for AutoFocus. Then, a dual-camera setup is completed by a 2MP sensor for macro shots. It can shoot videos at the resolution of 1080p at 30 frames per second. The camera module also includes a LED flash. Moreover, it can click pictures in HDR and panorama modes.
Further, there is an 8MP front-facing camera inside the waterdrop notch above the screen. It has an f/1.8 aperture and can record 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.
