The Edge 40 Ultra has a curved 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, just like the Moto X40. The global version, also includes other features such an FHD+ 10-bit OLED display, DC dimming, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
With a rectangular camera module and comparable button arrangement to the Moto X40, the Edge 40 Pro shares many visual characteristics with that device. The smartphone is seen in a render by Evan with its screen underwater, implying that it will have an IP68 classification.
Camera Features
A 50MP Omnivision OV50A primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide autofocus camera with a FOV of 117°, and a 13MP 2X telephoto unit are included in the camera setup. It has a 60MP front camera for selfies and video calls, if the leaks are to be believed.
Battery
Moving on to the battery the Edge 40 Ultra has packed a strong 4600mAh battery. A non-removable Li-Po cell. The phone will likely get 125W fast charging alongside 15W wireless charging, and 15W reverse charging support.
Regarding the audio, there is a dual stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support just like it’s previous model.

As a flagship offering, the Motorola Edge 40 Ultra has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. A Cortex-X3 core running at 3.2GHz, two Cortex-A715 cores, two Cortex-A710 cores, and three Cortex-A510 cores are included in this 4nm Octa Core SoC. On the graphics side, there is an Adreno 740 GPU.
The memory option offers 256GB of internal UFS4.0 storage and up to 12GB of RAM. The phone has Moto X40’s 11-layer 3D heat dissipation system. It has a cooling surface area of 24868.28 sq. mm.
