OnePlus Nord 2T 5G: The latest Nord installment in the market

OnePlus has launched a new smartphone in the Nepali market even before the global. The device succeeds last year’s OnePlus Nord 2 and brings some upgrades over it. In this post, we will talk about the specs, features, availability, and the official price of the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G in Nepal.

OnePlus Nord 2T 5G Overview

Performance and Memory

The new OnePlus Nord 2T 5G integrates MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset based on a 6nm fabrication process. It brings four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2GHz and four Cortex-A78 cores among which one is clocked at 3GHz and the remaining at 2.6GHz. Likewise, the graphics depart is handled by a 9-core ARM Mali processor.

There are two memory configurations available for the device – 8/128GB and 12/256GB of UFS 3.1. Over to the software front, the device runs on Android 12 on top of OxygenOS 12.

Design and Display

Moving on, the phone sports a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. These are the same specs as we saw earlier in its predecessor – The OnePlus Nord 2. Above the screen, there is a left-aligned punch-hole cutout that holds the front-facing camera.  Then, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Here, the back is also made up of the same Gorilla Glass 5 but then, they are embedded in a plastic frame.

At the back, there is a rectangular camera bump and the rest of the panel is matte which means it’s fingerprint-resistant. Further, it is available in two color options – Grey Shadow and Jade Fog.

Camera and Audio

Under the hood, there is a triple camera setup on the rear panel of the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G. It is led by a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary lens of f/1.9 aperture and 1.0-microns pixel capacity. It also supports PDAF and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Likewise, there is an 8MP ultrawide sensor with an f/2.3 aperture and 119-degree field-of-view. Completing the setup is a 2MP monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The camera bump also holds a Dual-LED flash for better night shots.

Upfront, there is a 32MP selfie snapper with f/2.5 aperture and 0.8-microns pixel capacity. It has an Auto HDR feature that might come in handy. Where the back camera here can record videos up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second, the front is limited to 1080p resolution. However, both support gyro-EIS for more stability.

As per audio, there is a loudspeaker system with stereo speakers. Unfortunately, it lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack for music or calls.

Fueling the phone is a medium 4,500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging. This is like what we saw earlier in the OnePlus 10 Pro. For biometrics, there is an optical under-display fingerprint sensor followed by a software-based face unlock. Other sensors include an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.

Moreover, there is Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, SBAS, NavIC), and NFC for connectivity.

Infinix has hit the Nepali market with a new smartphone – Hot 11 Play. The phone succeeds Infinix Hot 10 Play but brings the same specs. In this post, we will talk about the specs, features, availability, and the official price of  Infinix Hot 11 Play in Nepal.

Display and Design

Infinix Hot 11 Play sports a 6.82-inch TFT IPS display with HD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. It boasts 440-nits of typical brightness and has a 263-pixel density. The 720×1640-pixel capacity here is accompanied by a 90.66% screen-to-body ratio. Above the screen, there is a waterdrop notch that holds the selfie camera.

The device has a glossy back with a rectangular camera layout. It measures 171.8×78×8.9mm in dimension. The front is made up of glass while the frame and back are plastic-made. There are four color options available for the phone – Haze Green, Sunset Gold, Exploratory Blue, and Polar Black.

Performance and Memory

Powering the device is the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset based on a 12nm manufacturing process. It integrates an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A53 (@2.3GHz) and four Cortex-A53 (@1.8GHz) cores which then couples with the PowerVR GE8320 graphics processor.

Under the hood, there is a dual-camera setup in the Infinix Hot 11 Play. It is led by a 13MP primary lens with an f/1.8 aperture, 1.12-microns pixel capacity, and the support of Auto Focus (AF). Then, the setup is completed by an AI lens. The camera is also accompanied by a Quad-LED flash for better night shots.

Design

The new Realme Smart TV Stick brings a similar design as the aforementioned 4K Smart Google TV Stick. There is an all-black matte body with a glossy “Realme” logo imprinted on it. Oppo Nepal dropped the price of the F19 Pro for the first time around a year ago. And now, it has again dropped its price. Here, we will look at the specs, features, availability, and the new price of the Oppo F19 Pro in Nepal.

Vivo has unveiled a new mid-range smartphone in the market. The phone is named Vivo V23e 4G and is a successor to V21e from last year. It entered the Nepali market back in January and now has received a price cut. However, the price is still unreasonably high. In this article, we will walk through the specs, features, availability, and the new price of the Vivo V23e in Nepal.

The new Vivo V23e sports a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. It boasts the same standard refresh rate of 60Hz. Above, the screen lies a waterdrop notch that holds the front-facing camera.

As we expected from a Vivo V-series smartphone, the new Vivo V23e also leads with its look and feel above every other specification. OnePlus 10R has been in rumors for a long time now and it has finally launched in the Indian market. The phone succeeds last year’s OnePlus 9R and is very similar to OnePlus Ace and Realme GT Neo 3 in terms of looks. Here, we will talk about the specs, features, availability, and the expected price of the OnePlus 10R in Nepal.

150W fast charging

The main highlight to discuss of the new OnePlus 10R is the 150W fast charging. This is for the Endurance Edition of the phone and it can charge in just 17 minutes. There is a 4,500mAh battery in the device where the charge is supposed to go from 1% to 3% in around three minutes when you connect it to the charger. However, you can also choose the regular 80W charging with a 5,000mAh battery if you’re not interested in the 150W.

Since the charging capacity is so much higher in the phone, it also brings the Safe Fast-Charge System certification from TÜV Rheinland. This means there lies a custom Smart Charging Chip that works alongside proprietary Smart Battery Health Algorithm and Healing Technology that keeps the battery safe over a long period.

Dimensity 8100-Max

Moving on, another peak for the OnePlus 10R would be that it ships with the new Dimensity 8100-Max chipset. This is the debut of the processor which is like Dimensity 8100 with some exclusive optimizations by MediaTek. These exclusive features include better thermal control, lower power consumption, more stable gaming, and an improved AI.

The chipset integrates an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at the speed of 2.8GHz and 2.2GHz respectively. Then, the graphics depart is handled by Arm’s Mali-G610 MC6 processor.

If gaming is your main concern, there is an independent graphics chipset with a Frame Plus feature with accelerated frame rates in compatible games. For now, this is only available in Mobile Legends: Bang, Band, Asphalt 9, and Brawl Stars.

Further, the body has a large vapor chamber cooling system covering an area of 4129.8 sq. mm. This keeps the phone performance at its peak for a longer time. The chamber brings a graphite/graphene combination because it gives us 60% better heat dissipation when compared with the standard graphite.

Display and design

Moving on, the device flaunts a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with Full HD+  resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It boasts a 10-bit screen with HDR10+ content and 1B colors. Above the screen, there is a center-aligned punch-hole cutout that holds the front-facing camera. Then, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The body weighs 186 grams and measures 8.2mm in thickness. There are vertical stripes on the rear panel except for the square camera island. Further, there are two color configurations for the device – Sierra Black and Forest Green.

Software and Memory

Over to the software front, the device boots on Android 12 on top of OxygenOS 12.1. OnePlus has promised three years of major Android updates and four years of security patches.

Moreover, there are three memory options -8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB of UFS 3.1 in the OnePlus 10R. Unfortunately, you cannot expand your internal storage further since there is no slot for a microSD card.

Camera and Audio

There is a triple camera setup residing in the square camera bump at the back of the phone. There is a 50MP primary lens that has a Sony IMX766 sensor and even supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Likewise, it is paired with an 8MP ultrawide sensor with a 120-degree field of view. Now, the setup is completed with a 2MP camera for macro shots. The module also holds a dual-LED dual-tone flash for better night shots. This setup can record video up to 4K resolution at 30fps followed by 1080p at 30/60/120 frames per second. It even has gyro-EIS for stabilization.

Upfront, there is a 16MP selfie snapper with an f/2.4 aperture and 1.0-microns pixel capacity. It is limited to 1080p videos at 30fps but surely comes with gyro-EIS support.

As per audio, there is a loudspeaker system with stereo speakers that tunes out 24-bit/192kHz audio which is the Dolby Atmos audio. However, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack for music and calls.

The earbuds were launched at an online event with the other two smartphones as well. Design

The new OnePlus Nord Buds has a new design which was expected since it’s the first in its lineup. The buds have a flat stem design and ship in a box-like case. They have IP55 water resistivity which means they can survive minor splashes and sweats. It is available in two color configurations – White Marble and Black Slate.

Realme has launched a new pair of TWS earbuds in the Indian market. The earbuds are named Realme Buds Q2s and come with support for Dolby Atmos. Here, we will dig into the specs, features, availability, and the expected price of Realme Buds Q2s in Nepal.

To begin with, the Realme Buds Q2s renders the same design as the previous Buds Q2. It has a pebble-like design that is outfitted with a 10mm Bass Boost driver alongside the TPU Polymer diaphragm. Design and Display

Beginning with the design, the Realme Pad Mini has some design changes from the standard Realme Pad. The IPS LCD screen measures 8.7-inch with 800×1340-pixels resolution and 179-pixel density. Likewise, the screen-to-body ratio and aspect ratios are 81.5% and 5:3 respectively.
